Sound Healing in Bristol: Building Community

Sound bath with drums, gongs, singing bowls in Bristol

In a time where isolation and mental health struggles are all too common, many of us are finding new ways
to connect and heal.

Our sound healing experiences offer much more than a momentary retreat; they also serve as a gateway to a supportive community.

Facing modern challenges

We live in an age of paradox. Despite being more connected than ever digitally, many of us feel isolated. Mental health issues are on the rise, and the need for real, meaningful connections is stronger than ever. Even in Bristol, known for its strong community roots, these challenges persist.

This video montage from our recent sessions in Bristol showcases the power of these gatherings.

Sound healing as a community experience

Our sound baths and drum journeys are about more than just the sounds and beats. They are gatherings where people can come together, share experiences, and support each other. We see each session as a step towards cultivating and nurturing a community, a place where everyone can feel they belong.

A magical experience. Ruth and Brillo were such lovely hosts and ran the session with such care and thoughtfulness.

A return to community roots

Our ancestors knew the value of gathering. They'd meet, sing, drum, and heal as one. Today, in our busy lives, we're feeling that need again. More and more of us now say being part of a community matters to us, more than ever before.

Every session we hold is a step back to this simple truth: we're better together. We're not just remembering old ways; we're making them work for us now - for our peace, our minds, our community.

Ruth made the sound bath fantastic, I really liked her. She was so chilled out, explained everything. The sounds were so good, this was my first of a new journey, to find a way to help me with my mental health. I’m so pleased it was with you Ruth!
